City Patrol Division / LSPD -What You Can Do To Help Yourself
« on: March 08, 2011, 05:01:11 pm »
Tips to help YOU in the application process:
Bump your application every few days or so to show your interested, not every 2 hours.
If an application goes without a bump from the applicant for 2 weeks, it will be denied for lack of interest.

In these bumps you should include special operations and all interesting highlights of your patrols. Not just number of arrest and suspect.
Show details!

You do not have to be noted for an interview, Contact Myself, [Rstar]Vince, [WS]Kenny, Kirby, Jimmy Bowling, or Oliver_Daniels for an interview.

Take the extra step! Give us examples and show us that YOU deserve to be a Cadet/Officer.
Show us how you are better then the others.

Study, Study, Study any of the laws and codes. They will help you tremendously in the line of duty.

Observe! Watch how other Officers (and Freecops) do their work. It may help you if you see the action for yourself.

Don't bug the Application Mangers about your application. You are only 1 out of over 30 other applications.
Have patients and take the initiative to become an Officer.

Ask questions! No one knows everything. If you have a question, ask it!

Be yourself and do the best you can do. After all, that is what really matters.
We don't accept liars or people who try to act fake. We want REAL and DEDICATED Officers in the SAPD.

Take these steps, and you are sure to become even closer to the Rank Officer.

Application Instructions
San Andreas Police Department

To Serve and Protect!

The Argonath RPG Police Department (ARPD) is a group of highly trained and professional police officers located on the Argonath RPG servers. Argonath RPG Police Department operates in Vice City and the state of San Andreas.

Please note that the Senior Officer and higher positions and S.W.A.T. members can't be directly requested in application. These positions are be filled by invitations.

The steps for becoming a SAPD member are the following:
1. Apply on ARPD forum, fill in the application.
2. Application will be reviewed for accuracy and suitability. Passport and Driving Licence (Or in the process of getting a license) are required to get cadet status. These reviews will be conducted periodically.
3. As cadet, learn the LSPD rules and get field experience. You must also attend 9 training sessions, a pre-exam exam and an officers exam.
4. Only SAPD Academy Teachers can give you the training sessions. Once you complete your pre-exam exam, you will be notified that you're ready for your officer exam. The Testers contacts you (NOT you contacting them) when the testers (NOT YOU) think you are ready for test.
5. Application accepted and promotion to Officer on a successful pass.

Application Rules:
1. If you are making an application, always use the proper application form and title for the topic. You WILL BE REJECTED if you do NOT DO THIS!!!
2. Bumping your application in-case of lack of reply from Application Handlers is allowed and to show interest.
3. You must report name change/inactivity or such in your application to avoid your application rejected.
4. Any posts breaking the rules above will be either edited or removed by administration without warning. Any SAPD member may post in the applicants application with a proper language and respect to the applicant. The Senior Staff is allowed to change these rules without any further notice to members out of Senior Staff.
5. Avoid double posting.
6. You need to be playing for minimum 7 days before applying.
7. You need to have passport and at least be in the process of obtaining a license to get accepted.
8. It's encouraged that you use Team Speak regularly to communicate with other cops. (Microphone not required)
9. You cannot role-play that you are part of a criminal organization while on duty. (Example: XYZ_Corleone applies, XYZ_Corleone will have the Corleone tag all the time, but when XYZ_Corleone is on duty, they need to act like they're not a mafia member and refer to themselves as simply XYZ or XYZ_Davis or something like that, but not XYZ_Corleone.)

WARNING: If any applicant is banned from server their application will be automatically Denied.

Title of Application topic: COPY AND PASTE THIS! DO NOT WRITE IT OUT YOURSELF!

NOTE: Interest Tests are given as a way of figuring out whether or not the applicant is still interested & active - getting a load of interests tests does NOT necessarily mean you're going to be accepted! It simply means we're still watching, but need to know if you're still active. If you complain about getting too many interests tests and not getting accepted, it will NOT help your application!

Signed,
Chief Cortez
Supervisor & Lead Administration Antonio Jackson
